Prep-Ahead part 3. Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup, this was a good broth, put to good use. Can you see my son’s dancing feet in the background? He was obviously quite pleased with it too 🤣Button

Prep-Ahead Layered Chicken Eggs & Salmon - part 2. This recipe was the gift that kept on giving and it really did make me lunches all week. This salmon salad was just lovely and really the possibilities are endless. I cut my veg by hand but of course you can use your cutter attachment if you have one (mine is still missing!). I really like yoghurt at the moment for dressings, as it’s much lighter than mayo 😇 Mildred was delighted with the salmon skin ❤️Button

My “hairy balls” as my friend called these when she called in to see me at my pop up demo 🤣. Coconut & Beetroot balls, choc full of goodness and they are just the most beautiful colour. Like a raw brownie, they are full of flavour . Hope you’re all enjoying the long weekend! ❤️Button

I’ve got some high energy tasters to keep things interesting and here to answer all your questions 🚴♂️ Thermomix is a must-have with pro athletes of all genres to ensure that nutrition is on point 🌿 It’s also a welcoming and airy space for everyone to enjoy ❤️Button

"I decided to take the plunge and purchase a thermomix in spring 2021 and can honestly say it’s has been the purchase/investment I have ever made. It has transformed our diet, saved us SO much money on the weekly shop and broadened my culinary skills and knowledge no end. Samantha is an inspiration and her ongoing support is invaluable! If my house was on fire and I could only save one thing……it would be my Thermomix "
