Viral Dumpling Lasagna! I was so inspired by seeing the brilliant @deanedwardschef and his recent recipe that I made my Thermomix version with some adaptations. Dean said he had used his Varoma steaming attachment of his Thermomix to steam the mega dumpling and I just couldn’t believe it was done in 25 minutes! I used my sensor accessory to check the core temp at the end. The whole family was really excited about this dish and I feel certain it will be a regular! 2 fat cloves garlic, 30g root ginger, 5 spring onions Handful coriander 500g pork mince 200g beef mince Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce Tbsp Black Chinkiang Vinegar (or rice vinegar) Tbsp Mirin Tbsp Crispy chilli oil 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp chicken stock powder 1/2 tsp black pepper Chop ginger, garlic, spring onions - 5 seconds/ speed 6 Add seasonings and mince Combine 10 seconds, speed 4 (reverse blades) Finish combining with spatula if required. Layer up a dish with wonton wrappers - I used 6 wrappers per layer and this was 4 layers to 3 layers of mince. Add 1L boiling water to TM bowl Elevate the steaming dish on chopsticks or similar (I used bamboo straws) within Varoma dish Pour 50mls liquid chicken stock over the top of dumpling and steam 25 minutes/ 120 degrees/ speed 4 Let sit for 10 minutes Pour more crispy chilli oil and soy over just before serving along with green bits of spring onion. We had this with Raw Asian Salad and it was also fabulous reheated the next day. If you like your Asian food, this is a must-make ❤️Button

Throwback to my first ever incentive trip with @thermomixukandireland ❤️. This was Paris 8 years ago and following this, I made it my mission to try and achieve every trip possible. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to visit Mykonos, Sicily, Porto, Stockholm, Croatia, and will be off to Rome soon! The trips are just one of the many perks on offer when you join my team. You just never know what’s in store for you, except your Thermomix with 4 sales in the 90 day programme. That’s a given! (Don’t get me started on accessories and other goodies like vouchers and spas). Oh and you get paid too 😂. Why not drop me a message to find out more as NOW could be the perfect time ❤️Button
"I decided to take the plunge and purchase a thermomix in spring 2021 and can honestly say it’s has been the purchase/investment I have ever made. It has transformed our diet, saved us SO much money on the weekly shop and broadened my culinary skills and knowledge no end. Samantha is an inspiration and her ongoing support is invaluable! If my house was on fire and I could only save one thing……it would be my Thermomix "
