Too Easy Chocolate Cake. An after school treat for the kids and the foodie pressure is on this week as we have a special guest staying with us - an amazing exchange student who is just lovely, so I’m keen to feed him properly! Love how speedy this recipe is and as it’s the month of ❤️, they had to be heart-shaped instead of traybaked. As a general rule of thumb, you are going to need to reduce the baking time when you convert cakes into individual serves to around 15-18 minutes, depending on their size. ❤️

What an absolutely privilege to introduce my boy to fine dining at the best Harrogate has to offer. Thanks for having us @rhubarbharrogate & @saltmoore_ for your amazing collaborative event - the tasting menu was utterly memorable. Favourite dish??? Hmmm it was tricky to decide between the Thai Curry Ice Cream and the Milk Chocolate Brown Butter dessert. Just very clever cooking and a real favourite spot of mine ❤️

Ok January I am over you! If you were a boyfriend, you would have been dumped by now… This very simple cucumber salad, dressed with a sprinkling of fish sauce and sesame oil, chilli & peanuts was quite uplifting to go with a quick Massaman curry (very quick when you’ve already got the paste) and some brown rice steamed perfectly in the Thermomix. Sometimes you don’t have to make your full meal in your Thermie! But of course I almost always do…
